TORC’s Housing Officer, Tenant Engagement Officer, TORC Admin and Facilities Management were on site in Waterford on Wednesday 9th of April and held a Housing Clinic and gave out parking permits. It was great to meet all those who attended and to answer the questions you had. We plan to hold a housing clinic in each TORC scheme within the coming months.

We’re delighted to say our Easter Egg event in Clane was a fantastic success! The smiles on the children’s faces said it all – every child went home happy, arms full of Easter eggs and ice cream in hand!
It was a joyful time with laughter, community spirit, and plenty of sweet treats.

What a fantastic Easter celebration in Roscommon!
We’re thrilled to share just how successful our Easter event turned out to be – and it’s all thanks to the amazing community spirit that showed up in full force!
There was a brilliant turnout, with families and children coming together to enjoy a day packed with fun, laughter, and unforgettable memories. The kids had an absolute blast with entertainment by Emma Slowe, who kept everyone smiling and engaged, along with music, games and face painting!
It was lovely to see so many happy faces and so much positive energy. This event brought the community together and reminded us of the power of shared moments and local spirit.
A massive thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the day such a wonderful success – Here’s to many more events like this in the future!

🌱 Successful Planting Day at Presentation Gardens, Waterford! 🌿
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our planting event in Presentation Gardens – what a fantastic day! The sun was shining, and the gardens will hopefully be blooming with new life thanks to all the helping hands.
It wasn’t just about the plants – families enjoyed a fun-filled afternoon with face painting, circus skills, and even a visit from the ice cream van! 🎨🤹🍦

TORC Annual Unit inspections 2025
Each year, TORC carries out an annual inspection on each of our 465 properties to ensure that we provide safe, efficient, durable, comfortable and sustainable homes for our tenants. The 2025 house inspections begin next month in April and all schemes will be completed by October. Some important information to remember:
TORC will give a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice by letter to let you know the date and time-frame of your inspection.
If you are not going to be home or need a specific time for an appointment, please let us know in advance of your inspection.
HSCOs understand your home is where you live, we do not expect to walk into showrooms.
During the inspection a members of TORC staff may take pictures – these are used as a visual record of the condition of the property over the lifecycle of your home. They are also used to assist with logging any repairs.
Where a person is under 18 and is at home alone, we cannot complete an inspection without your previous permission/consent.
