At TORC Sustainable Housing, we are committed to delivering the highest standards in service and customer care when serving our residents’ needs. A vital element of this is affording our residents the opportunity to provide feedback to help shape and improve our service. Some of the ways we do this include the  Annual Resident Satisfaction Survey, through tenant engagement and Resident Groups and through surveys on particular actions such as the annual Housing Inspections. Annual Resident Satisfaction Survey

As part of TORC Sustainable Housing’s ongoing investment in tenant engagement we conduct an Annual Resident Satisfaction Survey every year.

TORC has engaged Acuity to carry out our Resident Satisfaction Survey this year. The survey staff from Acuity will randomly select a number of residents to complete our survey and will contact you by phone or email. Please be assured the survey is legitimate.

We appreciate residents taking the time to partake in the survey but they are under no obligation to do so. If residents do not wish to complete the survey, they can let the caller know when they are contacted that they wish to opt out of the survey. Please note the survey is confidential unless residents would like to provide their contact information. If you do decide to partake in the survey the data collected will be used to provide TORC with valuable information on how we can invest in future initiatives and projects for our residents. The information given in the survey will also assist TORC in enhancing our services and to assist with identifying specific areas where improvements can be made.

Annual Housing Inspection Survey

We want to ensure that we provide safe, efficient, durable, comfortable, and sustainable homes for our tenants. By carrying out annual inspections we meet our statutory obligations to our stakeholders, investors, and local authorities, as well as updating and improving standards to ensure the quality of accommodation for our tenants.
