Stephen joined TORC in May 2025, bringing over 25 years of experience in the property industry. For the past decade, he has specialised in the West Cork rental sector, with a strong focus on matching tenants with high-quality homes that meet their individual needs.
Throughout his career, Stephen has worked closely with organisations such as Co Action, Rehab Care, and local authorities, helping to ensure that housing solutions are both accessible and appropriate. He holds certifications in Child Welfare and property auctioneering, reflecting his commitment to professional development and ethical practice.
Stephen is passionate about continuing his work in providing safe, comfortable, and well-managed homes—particularly for those most in need.
Stephen covers the TORC schemes in Macroom, Skibbereen, Clonakilty and Waterford.
Peter joined TORC in February 2021. Peter was previously a Housing Advisor in Threshold Galway, where the main focus of his role was to protect tenants’ rights and to prevent homelessness. Previous to this role, Peter worked for over eight years in frontline homeless services. A large part of that work involved Keyworking with clients to progress their holistic needs care plan. He holds a degree in Social Science and a certificate in Housing from the Irish Council for Social Housing. Peter covers the TORC schemes in Roscommon, Galway, Clane and Shannon.
