Acuity Satisfaction Survey 2026
The Acuity Satisfaction Survey 2026 will take place from 19 October to 21 November 2026 and provides residents with an opportunity to share their views on their home and the services provided by TORC.
The survey is being conducted independently by Acuity, specialists in social housing research, to ensure feedback is gathered impartially and confidentially.
All residents will be invited to participate via an email invitation containing a link to the online survey. A small number of residents may also be contacted to complete the survey by telephone.
The survey takes approximately 12-14 minutes to complete, and the results will help inform future service improvements across our communities.
We encourage all residents to take part and have their say. Your feedback plays an important role in helping us improve services and enhance the resident experience.
