Maintenance Team Schedule
A member of the ‘Facilities Management Team’ are on site at each of TORC’s Housing Developments at least once per week. This schedule changes every week and will be updated below. You can report a repair to the FM team at any time by calling the helpdesk on 01- 4852020 or emailing repairs@torcsustainablehousing.ie. For non-emergency repairs, please check the schedule to find out when your repair team representative will be on site:
