Resident Satisfaction Survey – Starts Next Month

Our annual resident satisfaction phone and email survey will commence next month. You may receive an email or call to take part in the short survey from an independent research company called Acuity who are conducting the Resident Satisfaction Survey on behalf of TORC.

The survey is one measure of resident satisfaction and delivery of our tenancy services. Last year there was fantastic engagement from residents with a 69% participation rate. TORC achieved a 97% satisfaction rating for overall services from residents. Additionally, 96% were satisfied with the customer service and 90% were satisfied with the repair service. Lets find out what residents think this year!

Residents who partake in the survey will be entered into a draw to win a prize. We have five ‘One4All’ vouchers to be won – two vouchers worth €100 and three vouchers worth €50.

TORC Top Tip for Tenants

We have received some requests from residents to change the lock on their front doors due to the flight risk of their children. Although residents are not permitted to change the lock to a ‘key lock’, the TORC Facilities Management team have identified a solution for residents who require additional child safety features on their front door.

The installation of a ‘Safe Twist’ lock is now approved and authorized by TORC. You can find more information about Safe Twist on their website.
