Scheduled Maintenance Visits
A member of the Repairs and Facility Management Team will be on site at each of TORC’s Housing Developments at least once per week and a schedule confirming their attendance is shown below.
Please note, the schedule will be updated each week and we would encourage residents to contact the operatives during their site visit, if they wish to report any non-urgent repair concerns to their home. If this is not possible, you can report a repair to the Repairs Team by:-
- Logging a Repair on the “Report a Repair” section Of the website
- Telephoning the TORC Helpdesk on 01-485 2020 (Option 1)
- Or emailing repairs@torcsustainablehousing.ie
